To enable children to reach their potential, to discover who they are, express themselves, and to successfully interact with their family and community to get their needs met.  

To help families communicate with their children, and create an environment that will be nurturing, fulfilling, and healthy.  

When to intervene:

• When your child is frustrated.
• When other children, friends, and family are struggling to understand your child.
• When you are worried and need reassurance even though others say to wait.

Then it is time to talk to a professional in children's speech and language development.
